Are the mould kits hard to do?
No, they are very simple. Your kit is posted free and comes with full instructions in the box. We send enough putty for two attempts just in case it doesn’t go right first time.
What if my impression doesn’t come out right?
Use the spare putty for a second attempt. If the impression still doesn’t work, a replacement kit is £25 and available on request — just get in touch. Your first kit is free with every grillz order.
How do I send my impressions back?
Simply follow the instructions included in your kit and post your impressions back to us.
Turnaround & delivery
How long does it take?
Each set takes about three weeks to make once we receive your impressions.
Do you deliver across the UK?
Yes. Every order is sent by Royal Mail Special Delivery: next day, tracked and insured, with postage included in the price. We deliver within the UK only and do not ship internationally.
Fit, sizing & refits
How do I fit my grillz?
As all our grillz are custom made to your teeth, they simply clip on. There is no “fitting” required and no dental work.
What if they don’t fit?
Send them back to us and we will adjust or remake them as needed.
Do you make permanent grillz?
No. Our grillz are removable only.
Metals & carats
What metals do you use?
9ct, 14ct or 18ct gold in yellow, white or rose, and sterling silver. Diamond grillz are available with lab diamonds or natural diamonds in VS or VVS clarity.
Care
Can I eat or smoke with them in?
Although you can smoke with your grillz in, it will tarnish them faster, so they’ll need cleaning and polishing more often. Eating is not advised — certain foods can pull them out and they can be chewed up or, worse, swallowed.
How do I clean my grillz?
Rinse after wearing, clean gently with a soft brush and mild soap, dry and store in the case provided. Avoid harsh chemicals. Remove before sleeping.
Returns
Can I return my grillz?
Because every set is made to your own impressions, custom pieces are made to order and cannot be returned. If an item arrives faulty, contact us and we will put it right. Your statutory rights are not affected.
