How It Works

Design yours from anywhere. Your mould kit is sent to your door, and your grillz are handmade and returned by Royal Mail Special Delivery, tracked and insured.

1. Order online or design your set

   Choose a style from the shop, or build exactly what you want in our Grillz Builder and send us the design.

2. We post you a mould kit

   Your kit is posted free with every grillz order, with a tray, putty for two attempts and full instructions in the box. If your impression doesn’t work, a replacement kit is £25 and available on request — just get in touch.

3. Take your impressions at home

   Follow the instructions included in your kit. It takes just a few minutes, from the comfort of home.

4. Send them back

   Pack your impressions as shown in the kit instructions and post them back to us.

5. We hand-make your grillz

   Your set is crafted by hand to your exact impressions in your chosen metal and finish. Each piece takes about three weeks to make.

6. Shipped to you, insured

   Your finished grillz are polished, boxed and sent by Royal Mail Special Delivery: next day, tracked and insured. Postage is included in the price.
